"The Assembly takes note of the establishment of the Inquiry Commission on State of Emergency Measures in Turkey and welcomes the re-opening of NGOs, foundations and other legal entities through the State of Emergency decrees and administrative decisions during this period. The Assembly expects the Commission to expedite action to conclude on pending applications made before it."
One of the duties of the Inquiry Commission on the State of Emergency Measures, established with the Decree Law No. 865, is the examination of and making decisions on the application related to the associations and foundations which are closed directly with the decree-laws under the state of emergency.
