I asked this question to the Secretary General and it wasn’t answered. I would like to see these figures in order to understand what contribution the Secretary General will be making to the budget pressures as a result of the non-payment of Russian contributions to the Council of Europe.

What is the level of (a) salary, (b) pension arrangements, (c) benefits in kind, (d) all other financial arrangements including allowances for the years (i) 2016/17, (ii) 2017/18 and (iii) projected for 2018/19 and (e) any “golden hello” or “golden handshake” payment for the Secretary General of the Council of Europe; to publish these figures and to state why the remuneration details and package of the Secretary General of the Council of Europe are not published and available to the public?
