In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 5, add the following sentence:

"The Assembly notes with regret that, notwithstanding its Resolution 2161 (2017) on 'Abusive recourse to the Interpol system: the need for more stringent legal safeguards', Russia again attempted, in late 2018, to misuse Interpol's procedures against Mr. Browder."
