In the draft resolution, paragraph 2, second sentence, replace the words "ceasefire agreement" with the words "Trilateral Statement", and delete the words "referred to as the Trilateral Statement"

Explanatory note

The Trilateral Statement not only declares cessation of hostilities between Armenia and Azerbaijan, but also includes several elements for post-conflict peace building and normalization, such as withdrawal of forces from the territory of Azerbaijan, deployment of peacekeeping contingent, return of displaced persons, opening of communications etc.
