X.X.2 providing clearer guidance on the sanctions regime to the private sector, especially in relation to the "No Russia clause" imposed on European Union exporters;
X.X.3 introducing due diligence systems to track the complete route of their exports;
X.X.4 introducing criminal liability for corporate managers of companies involved in sanctions violation and circumvention;
X.X.5 enhancing the effectiveness of inspections and investigations;"
