This involves enhancing cooperation with various Latin American organisations and countries, encouraging the participation of these nations in Council conventions, and addressing global challenges like climate change, migration, and technological impact. Mexico’s longstanding observer status serves as a model for other Latin American countries. The Assembly seeks to revive partnerships with entities like the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament and the OAS, fostering interparliamentary dialogue and leveraging shared expertise to uphold multilateralism and democratic principles amidst geopolitical uncertainties.
