In the draft resolution, replace paragraph 4.4 with the following paragraph:

"travel to participate in ad hoc committees. In case of exceptional financial pressures, such participation can be organised on a rotational basis."

Explanatory note

This amendment is more accurate in acknowledging that travel to attend ad hoc committees may at times be subject to rotations if there are exceptional financial pressures.
