The Assembly,
Considering that the close association of t h e Members of the Council of Europe postulated and aimed at by the creation of the Council of Europe should be in evidence and should be fostered in every |field covered by the Statute;
Considering that ever-increasing cooperation and consultation among them within world organisations is one of the best means of both strengthening the ties which unite them and reinforcing their common contribution to the work of the United Nations, as provided for in the Statute;
Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :
" Establishment of a procedure for consultation among the European delegations t o world organisations. "
