The Assembly,
Considering that the recent developments in the international situation call for a fresh examination of the policy of the Council of Europe;
Considering that it is immediately necessary to define the attitude which the Member States of the Council of Europe might adopt to achieve the aims set forth in Article 1 of its Statute,
Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :
" Definition of the policy of the Council of Europe in the light of recent developments in the international situation ".
