The Committee have considered the credentials of M. Witteman appointed by the Netherlands Government as substitute for M. Kerstens, in place of M. Beaufort.
They are of opinion that these Credentials are in accordance with regulations set out in the Statute of the Council of Europe, and in particular with article 25 of the Statute.
No objection was made to these credentials.
Therefore the Committee recommends that the credentials of M. Witteman be accepted.
