I believe that this resolution in the part related to Serbia, in part of 9.12 contains certain qualifications that do not match the facts. First of all, the state of emergency in Serbia lasted from 5 March to 6 May 2020. All the measures aimed at fighting the COVID-19 pandemic have nothing to do with the election process and the elections held on 21 June 2020.
