01/10/1973 | 12:03:26 Mr President, Mrs Meir, during my visit to Israel this summer I had an opportunity to note from numerous talks that there was a general feeling that the Jarring mission would be hardly likely to contribute constructively to a solution of the Middle East question. I would like to ask the Prime Minister whether this interpretation is correct and whether this is also the view of her government. If this is so, I would like to know whether Israel would welcome or prefer new or different...
