Presentation of the Council of Europe Flag of honour to the town of Bielsko-Biała (Poland)

The Council of Europe Flag of honour will be awarded to the Polish municipality of Bielsko-Biała on Saturday 21 June during its twin-town festival by the former Italian Senator and honorary Member of the PACE, Renzo Gubert.
