The Assembly
1. Bearing in mind its Resolution 830 (1984) on the situation of minorities in Romania,
2. Instructs its Committee on Relations with European Non-Member
Countries to monitor with care developments in the situation of
minorities in Romania and to submit a report at the January 1986
part-session in the light, inter alia, of a fact-finding visit to
Romania, should it take place, by the committee Chairman and the
Rapporteur at the invitation of the Romanian authorities.
