The Assembly recommends to the Committee of Ministers to decide that information conveyed to the Secretary-General of the Council of Europe in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 15 of the Convention for the protection of Human Rights shall be communicated by him :

a to Governments of signatory States ;

b to the Chairman of the Committee of Ministers;

c to the President of the Consultative Assembly.
