The Standing Committee,

1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Committee on Population and Refugees (Doc. 3098) and by the Committee on Culture and Education (Doc. 3099),

3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category II :

a to the International Council of Voluntary Agencies ;

b to the International Federation of Teachers of French.
