In the draft resolution, paragraph 10.2, replace the words "discriminatory tax on the publication of advertisements in the media in Hungary and hence has a negative effect on media freedom under Article 10 of the European Convention on Human Rights" with the following words:

"tax on the publication of advertisements in the media in Hungary".
