In the draft resolution, paragraph 3.6, last sentence, replace the words "so-called honour killings" with the following words:

"crimes committed in the name of so-called "honour" ".

Explanatory note

The language of the amendment is the language of the Istanbul Convention - the gold standard of the Council of Europe in matters of gender-based violence.
