Comments or explanatory statement in connection with this declaration.

K1 1.Rapporteur for Ensuring sustainable food security in times of crisis: strengthening resilience and access to food (SOC) -  My father, Mykola Kucher, is a member of the Verkhovna Rada and a member of the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy. In my view, this does not constitute a conflict of interest. He is not engaged in entrepreneurial activity and does not serve on the governing bodies of agricultural enterprises operating for profit. Furthermore, he has had no involvement whatsoever in the preparation of this report and has exercised no influence over its content, findings, conclusions or recommendations. My work as rapporteur has been conducted independently and is based on hearings, expert evidence, official documents, research and discussions within the Committee. I nevertheless disclose this information in the interest of full transparency and in accordance with the Assembly’s rules on declarations of interests.
2.“Rapporteur for opinion on “Digital transformation: the role of the OECD in evaluating the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on the future of work”- No relevant interests and therefore no conflicts of interest to manage.
