Madam Secretary General,

The question I have concerns the Fourth Summit. I would like this Fourth Summit to be a big step forward and a big success.

Now, comparing this to the European Political Community, in terms of membership, member states, pretty much the same composition, but no parliamentary dimension, no convention.

Therefore, Madam Marija PEJČINOVIĆ-BURIĆ, is it fair to say that you were not invited to go to Prague? And, a follow-up question: the Second Summit, which will be held just before our own Reykjavík summit, how can you make sure that there is no clash between the two?

Ma question porte aussi sur le quatrième sommet, parce que je voudrais vraiment que ce quatrième sommet soit un grand succès et l'occasion pour un grand pas en avant.

Et par rapport à la Communauté politique européenne, qui est à peu près la même chose que le Conseil de l'Europe des États membres, mais sans conventions et sans dimension parlementaire.

Est-il exact, Madame Marija PEJČINOVIĆ-BURIĆ, que vous n'étiez pas invitée à Prague ? Et comment éviter que le deuxième sommet en Moldova, juste avant celui d'Islande, ne fasse de l'ombre à celui de Reykjavík ?

meine Frage geht auch zu dem vierten Gipfel, weil ich wirklich möchte, dass dieser vierte Gipfel ein großer Erfolg und ein großer Schritt nach vorne wird.

Und im Verhältnis zur Europäischen Politischen Gemeinschaft, die ja ziemlich genau das Gleiche ist wie der Europarat von den Mitgliedsstaaten, allerdings ohne Konventionen und ohne parlamentarische Dimension.

Ist es richtig, Frau Marija PEJČINOVIĆ-BURIĆ, dass Sie nicht eingeladen waren in Prag? Und wie kann es verhindert werden, dass der zweite Gipfel in Moldawien – kurz vor Reykjavík – Reykjavík in den Schatten stellt?
