adopted by the Standing Committee, acting on behalf of
the Assembly, on 19 March 2021 (see Doc. 15192, report of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human

1. The Parliamentary Assembly refers
to its Resolution 2365

bodies playing a crucial role in the international fight against money
laundering and terrorism financing, in particular the Committee
of Experts on the Evaluation of Anti-Money Laundering Measures and
the Financing of Terrorism (MONEYVAL), the Group of States against
Corruption (GRECO) and the Conference of the Parties to the Council
of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation
of the Proceeds from Crime and on the Financing of Terrorism (CETS
No. 198, Warsaw Convention) and their secretariats;
2.2 engage in co-operation in this field, including with the
European Union.
