2. Instructs the Committee on Parliamentary and Public Relations, acting in liaison with Chairmen and secretaries of national delegations, to take all steps necessary to implement the above-mentioned resolution ;
3. Instructs its Committee on Regional Planning and Local Authorities to follow developments in this field and to report back in due course.
