The Standing Committee,
Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185;
Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Economic Committee (Doc. 2244), by the Legal Committee (Docs. 2238, 2239 and 2245) and by the Social Committee (Docs. 2198 and 2199),
Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisations named below :
