The Standing Committee,

1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly, in accordance with Order No. 185 ;

2. Having regard to the opinion expressed by the Committee on Social and Health Questions (Doc. 2542),

3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status with the Council of Europe to the international non-governmental organisation named below :
