The Standing Committee,
1. Acting on behalf of the Consultative Assembly in accordance with Order No. 185 ;
2. Having regard to the opinions expressed by the Legal Affairs Committee (Doc. 3039), by the Committee on Social and Health Questions (Docs. 2988, 2989, 2990 and 3048), by the Committee on Regional Planning and Local Authorities (Doc. 3040), and by the Political Affairs Committee (Doc. 3049),
3. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category I, to the International Bar Association ;
4. Recommends that the Committee of Ministers grant consultative status, Category II :
a to the International Council of Jewish Social and Welfare Services ;
b to the International Movement of Young Christian Workers ;
c to the International Council of Jewish Women ;
d to the International Society for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled ;
e to the European Union of Local Authority Employees' Associations ;
