In the draft resolution, paragraph 20.4, after the words "the former Minister of Health", insert the following words:

"and the Minister of Defense".

Explanatory note

The prominent former government officials under criminal investigations include the former Minister of Defense. The Assembly should stress that the legal proceedings should be in accordance with the European Convention, also with regards of the former Minister of Defense, currently under arrest.
