In amendment 1, replace the words “to use all money in the Fund for the professional rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities in line with the law - only for those people;" with the following words :

“to ensure that the Fund for the professional rehabilitation and employment of people with disabilities be exclusively used for disabled persons, in line with the law”.
