In the draft resolution, paragraph 9.6, after the words "concerning the assets of Russian oligarchs" insert the following words:

"and state enterprises".

Explanatory note

The proposed amendment aims to ensure a comprehensive approach to dealing with Russian assets frozen as a consequence of the Russian aggression against Ukraine. In view of the importance of the arrested assets of Russian state enterprises and their role in making the criminal aggression against Ukraine possible, they are just as important to mention as the assets of Russian oligarchs.
