In the draft resolution, paragraph 12, after the third sentence, insert the following sentence:

"It is concerning that former members of the Georgian delegation to the Assembly have been brought for interrogation and may possibly face prosecution for a vote they cast for Resolution 1633 (2008) - The consequences of the war between Georgia and Russia."
