The Committee of Ministers thanks the honourable parliamentarian for her question. It notes that the Secretariat is working closely with the Albanian authorities to support their criminal legislation reform in line with European standards and the findings of monitoring and advisory bodies. This work is still ongoing and the Committee of Ministers encourages effective, meaningful and swift advancements in the reform process, including in relation to judicial accountability and the fight against corruption.
