The Assembly,
Considering that the Parliaments of some Member States of the Council of Europe are or may be in session at the same time as the Ordinary or Extraordinary Sessions of the Consultative Assembly are being held;
Considering that some members of the Consultative Assembly therefore find it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to fulfil their functions as Representatives, either in their own Parliament, or in Strasbourg;
Instructs the Bureau of the Consultative Assembly to take appropriate measures, by agreement with the Parliamentary Bureaux of Member States of the Council of Europe, to avoid such simultaneous sessions.
