Considering the manifest value for the development of European culture of pooling the cinematographic production of the Member States of t h e Council of Europe;

Considering that such action would foster the expansion of this production and encourage the improvement of European cinematographic technique,

Decides to include in its Agenda the following question :

" Study of ways and means of establishing a European Cinema Pool ".
