Mr. COSTELLO
to ask the Committee of Ministers : what information the Ministers have about the resolutions adopted by a private Conference in Brussels on 13th and 14th January, 1956, concerning the creation of a European Cultural Community;
whether they are aware that the Belgian Foreign Minister intends to communicate these resolutions to the Council of W. E. U. at its next session;
whether it is their intention to discuss this matter, in accordance with Article 3 of the European Cultural Convention, within the framework of the Council of Europe and whether they will ask for the Assembly's opinion on the whole matter at an early date.
