to ask the Committee of Ministers whether they have now finished their studies on Recommendation 92 (moral readaptation of young refugees from Eastern Europe) which they said they had started, in their last Report to the Assembly (Document 543, paras. 47, 48 and 49) and whether, having regard to the fact that the Assembly met for eighteen days only in 1956 instead of the statutory 30 days and there has in consequence been a financial saving, they will devote part of the surplus in the 1956 Assembly Budget to the European Education Community, as unanimously requested by the Assembly.
