The Assembly,
1. Having been informed of the dismissal of a considerable number of judges in Greece,
2. Expresses grave concern about this measure which, far from indicating an evolution of the present regime towards a regime based on the principle of the Rule of Law, gives rise to serious fears about the future for Greek democracy.
