In the draft resolution, after paragraph 2, insert the following paragraph:

"The Assembly takes note of the statement of Valentin Nalivaichenko, director of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) on alleged advice rendered by Russia's FSB in the run up to and during the shooting of demonstrators in Kyiv, the participation of 26 FSB officers in the shootings and calls for thorough investigation of these claims."
