Furthermore, it highlights the necessity for an international legally binding instrument to address the negative impacts of business activities on human rights, advocating for accelerated negotiations based on the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. The Committee of Ministers is called upon to guide national governments in implementing these recommendations and support the legislative process.
