Meeting in Paris, PACE’s Monitoring Committee held in-depth discussions on the latest developments in Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Turkey and Bosnia-Herzegovina, and made public reports on recent fact-finding visits made by its rapporteurs to all these states.

Reporting on their recent visit to Kyiv and Odessa, Mailis Reps (Estonia, ALDE) and Marietta de Pourbaix-Lundin (Sweden, EPP/CD) assessed the reform agenda initiated by President Poroshenko, reviewed the state of the armed insurgency in the east of Ukraine, and evaluated ethnic tensions in Odessa following the tragic fire of 2 May.
