The PACE President spoke today by telephone with the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr Lavrov. The conversation focused on the issue of cooperation between PACE and the Russian Federation, in particular following the adoption by the Rules Committee of the report on the decision-making process of the Parliamentary Assembly concerning credentials and voting, which will be discussed by the Assembly in Strasbourg on 24 June.
