In line with amendment 6, while the allegations are severe and based upon compelling evidence, we must not stray from due legal process.

In the draft resolution, paragraph 10, replace the words ", which matches with the documented evidence of deportation and forcible transfer of Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation or territories temporarily under Russian occupation.", with the following words:
". Accordingly, the perpetrators of the deportation and forcible transfer of Ukrainian children to the Russian Federation or territories temporarily under Russian occupation must be prosecuted by a competent court."
Explanatory note
This sentence with legal implications should be formulated in the clearest and most comprehensive way to avoid any misreading.
