However, challenges remain, particularly concerning the Roma population's integration, media ownership transparency, and implementing European Court of Human Rights judgments. The termination of the EU's Cooperation and Verification Mechanism underlines Bulgaria's fulfilment of benchmarks in judiciary governance and corruption. Acknowledging Bulgaria's efforts, the Assembly resolves to close the post-monitoring dialogue, continuing observations within periodic reviews to ensure ongoing adherence to European values.
