The Assembly,
Considering that it referred to the Political Committee on 26th October 1956 a motion for a resolution (Doc. 580) on aid to under-developed areas tabled by MM. Devinat, Mommer, Ninine, Reif, de Menthon, Struye, Edwards, van der Goes van Naters, Santero and Amery;
Considering that the Standing Committee, at a meeting held in Paris on 15th March 1958 to adopt the agenda of the Assembly, did not know that the report of the Political Committee was in the process of completion;
Considering that a pronouncement should be made here and now concerning the report of the Political Committee (Doc. 800), which was tabled on 11th April 1958,
Decides, in accordance with Rule 44, paragraph 1, of the Rules of Procedure, to place this question on the agenda of the first part-Session of the Assembly (28th April — 3rd May 1958); and
Instructs the Bureau to fix the date and time for the debate on this report.
