In view of Parliamentary Assembly Resolution 2252 (2019) on “Sergei Magnitsky and beyond – fighting impunity by targeted sanctions”, does the Committee of Ministers foresee to provide encouragement and assistance to member States minded to adopt “Magnitsky Laws”?
