In the draft resolution, at the end of paragraph 16, insert the following sentence:

"In connection with the denunciation by the Russian Federation of the agreements, concluded with Ukraine in 1997, on the Black Sea Fleet deployment in the Crimea, the Assembly calls on Russia immediately to withdraw its troops from the Crimea."
