Explanatory note
The amendment clarifies that the report of Ms Strik deals with individuals having one or more nationalities. The current wording that the application of laws on withdrawal of nationality may lead to statelessness, is negative in nature. Adding the word "not" in this sentence confirms that having one nationality is the absolute bare minimum within the context of the resolution.
