In the draft resolution, paragraph 18, replace the words "as well as their social learning and their experiences to be able to determine – together with other fellow citizens – their lives" with the following words:
"as well as with the promotion of active citizenship as suggested by the Parliamentary Assembly in its Resolution 1874 (2012) on "The promotion of active citizenship in Europe"."
