In the draft resolution, paragraph 6, replace the words "people who enter the country irregularly do not continue their journey into other member States of the Council of Europe"

with the following words:

"refugees and asylum seekers have access to fair and efficient asylum procedures and adequate reception facilities in compliance with European Union standards".
