In the draft resolution, paragraph 11.8, after the words "Minsk agreements,", insert the following words:

"to reverse its recognition of Georgia's occupied regions of Abkhazia, Georgia and Tskhinvali Region/South Ossetia, Georgia and to withdraw its military troops from these occupied regions and fully implement the six-point ceasefire agreement of 12 August 2008,".

Explanatory note

These requirements were set out in the PACE resolutions 1633(2008), 1648(2009), 1664(2009), 1683(2009)and 1916(2013)on the consequences of the war between Georgia and Russia. However, the Russian Federation has not fulfilled any of the requirements envisaged by the above mentioned documents.
