In the draft resolution, paragraph 12, after the first sentence, insert the following sentence:

"The Assembly reserves its rights to annul the ratified credentials of the Russian delegation at its June 2021 part-session if no progress is made with regard to the implementation of the demands and recommendations of the Assembly as expressed in this resolution."
