Vérification des pouvoirs des représentants et des suppléants

Rapport sur les pouvoirs | Doc. 12828 | 21 janvier 2012

1. Conformément à l'article 6, paragraphes 1 et 3, du Règlement, le Président de l'Assemblée a reçu les pouvoirs des représentants et des suppléants pour la session ordinaire de 2012 de l'Assemblée, transmis en bonne et due forme par les autorités compétentes des Etats membres.

2. L'Assemblée est appelée à se prononcer sur la validation des pouvoirs des représentants et des suppléants dont les noms figurent dans ce rapport.

3. Un siège de représentant demeure vacant pour la Bosnie-Herzégovine.

4. Trois sièges de représentant et quatre sièges de suppléant demeurent vacants pour la Croatie.

5. Un siège de représentant et un siège de suppléant demeurent vacants pour Chypre.

6. Un siège de suppléant demeure vacant pour l'Allemagne.

7. Quatre sièges de représentant et neuf sièges de suppléant demeurent vacants pour la Fédération de Russie.

8. Deux sièges de représentant et trois sièges de suppléant demeurent vacants pour la Slovénie.

9. Sept sièges de suppléant demeurent vacants pour l'Espagne.

10. En cas de réclamation ou de contestation motivée, les pouvoirs contestés seront renvoyés sans débat à la commission appropriée qui fera rapport à l'Assemblée, conformément aux articles 7 et 8 du Règlement.
